Job summary
TEEMA in Columbus, Ohio seeks an experienced Director of Neonatal Practitioners to lead a team of APRNs and PAs delivering high-quality neonatal care within a nationally recognized healthcare system.
You will provide strategic oversight, operational management, and professional development, fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture and advancing evidence-based practices to support Magnet designation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing required; DNP/PhD strongly preferred.
- Active RN and APRN licensure in Ohio.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare.
- Clinical background in advanced practice nursing; pediatric/neonatal experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to APRNs and PAs within the neonatal division, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, performance evaluation, and career development.
- Partner with medical directors and division chiefs to align clinical operations with strategic goals and quality benchmarks.
- Champion quality improvement, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance outcomes and support Magnet designation.
- Develop, manage, and monitor operational and capital budgets to optimize resources and sustain growth.
- Serve on organizational committees to advance policy development and interdisciplinary collaboration.
