TEEMA Group’s client seeks an inspiring Director of Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers to lead APRNs and PAs in a busy neonatal division. You will drive clinical excellence, governance, and professional development in a Magnet-focused environment.

You will partner with medical leadership to align operations with quality metrics, oversee recruitment, credentialing, and budgets, and champion evidence-based practice.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active RN and APRN state licensure in Ohio.
• 5–7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in pediatric or neonatal care highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for APRNs and PAs in the neonatal division.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and performance development.
• Align clinical operations with goals, quality benchmarks, and innovations.
• Lead quality improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets (operational and capital).
• Represent APRN/PA community on committees and governance bodies.
• Other duties as assigned
