You will own the executive technical strategy for a large portfolio and lead an elite team of solutions architects across the Intelligence Community. You will engage with government C-suite executives, influence roadmaps, and drive cloud-native and AI-first adoption across missions while partnering with Sales, Go-to-Market,

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT/cloud/defense leadership experience
• 8+ years people management including managers
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience leading large technical orgs in classified environments
• Executive engagement at government C-suite level
• Driving technical strategy for large-scale programs ($500M+)
• Influencing product roadmaps for national security
• Experience authoring cross-agency technical strategies

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive technical sponsor for the portfolio's strategic programs and captures
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite leaders at agencies and oversight bodies
• Represent AWS as a speaker at senior government and congressional forums
• Drive adoption of next-generation architectures across the national security customer base
• Co-own the technical win rate and pipeline with Sales leadership
• Influence product/service roadmaps for classified/audited environments
• Lead a 40+ person cleared Solution Architecture org, including senior managers
• Define and execute cleared talent strategy and pipeline
• Set organizational goals aligned to $1.5B+ revenue targets
• Coordinate cross-functional operating rhythms with Sales, Services, PS, and Partners
