Job summary

HCSC is seeking a director-level Account Management leader responsible for directing, motivating, and maintaining a professional team serving 2,000–10,000 eligible members. The role targets retention, profitability, and national account servicing with national travel; hybrid in-office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities include shaping account strategies, driving profitability, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 4+ years of experience selling managed care products and/or managing national accounts.
• Current, valid State Insurance Agent License.
• 8+ years of experience with selling group health managed care products and national accounts.
• 1 year of management experience in national/enterprise market or 3 years in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Direct achievement of goals for retention of profitable business and servicing of national accounts.
• Develop short and long-term account management strategies to meet corporate goals.
• Meet objectives to increase profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing and other departments to implement service for accounts.
• Provide guidance on problem situations regarding retention of business and financial matters.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of products, services, and processes; monitor competitor trends.
