Qualifications

• 10+ years of related professional experience with 3+ years in management.
• 5 years of sales management experience and knowledge of commercial products.
• Advanced strategic and business planning skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on health plan clients, brokers, TPAs, and stakeholders.
• Set and track sales goals, quotas, and budgets; produce forecasts and reports.
• Lead and mentor sales and account management teams aligned with company strategy and market objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to create proposals and materials.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell across existing accounts.
• Oversee contract management, compliance, and risk control frameworks.
