Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Architect Director to lead presales for a portfolio of MuleSoft Anypoint and Salesforce clouds. You will scope projects, size teams, and craft implementation proposals with SMEs to deliver high-value outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with Account Partners, guide Sales and Professional Services, and ensure governance, risk, and customer satisfaction across large multi-cloud deployments. US citizen required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Clearable United States citizen.
• 5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing applicable solutions.
• 10+ years delivering consulting services, including team leadership.
• 2+ years sizing and scoping applicable projects.
• MuleSoft Certified Platform/Integration Architect Certification.
• Ability to travel; up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Scope projects (people, skills, timeframe) to deliver on clients’ requirements.
• Provide SME guidance on MuleSoft Anypoint products during pre-sales.
• Provide oversight and governance for pre-sales solutioning and architecture on large multi-cloud implementations.
• Positively impact client Services renewals by aligning customer success with professional services roadmap.
• Lead pre-sales activities with Account Partners and SMEs across the organization.
• Successfully manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously.
