• Ability to evaluate architecture and infrastructure and make improvement recommendations.
• Experience guiding customers through optimization and migration.
• Ability to serve as a Trusted Advisor with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Become MuleSoft SME for the Success Architect org and related enterprise concepts.
• Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate optimization strategies for architecture, dev/ops, performance, and design.
• Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the SA engagement catalog for MuleSoft customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to support growth.
