Job Description

We are looking for a highly technical and detail‑focused Vehicle Testing Manager to lead testing and validation of Exoben’s electric vehicles and mobility systems.

In this role, you will oversee testing programs that evaluate vehicle performance, battery integration, system behavior and safety under different conditions.

You will ensure that vehicles meet Exoben’s standards before deployment.

You will work closely with vehicle engineering, battery teams, software teams and field operations to validate system performance.

Qualifications

  • Understand performance testing, safety standards and system integration.
  • Be analytical, detail-oriented and technically strong.
  • Be practical and solution-focused.
