Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end client delivery for complex MedTech accounts. You will govern activity across multiple stakeholders, ensure quality and timely contractual commitments, and drive customer satisfaction to support retention and growth.

In this remote US role, you’ll partner with Sales, Consulting, and Solution Specialists, conduct quarterly reviews, manage issues, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8+ years in account, delivery, or project management in client-facing roles.
• US Remote role with travel ~20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery oversight for MedTech accounts across multiple stakeholders.
• Represent the portfolio of IQVIA information assets including national and sub-national data.
• Establish and manage delivery governance with SLAs, KPIs, escalation, and change control.
• Ensure contractual deliveries meet quality, accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders.
