Job summary

IQVIA MedTech seeks an experienced Clin Ops leader to manage a team of clinical staff, ensuring projects are resourced and employees trained to meet objectives. Lead resourcing strategies and nurture local client relationships.

You will oversee staff performance, onboarding, training plans, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical studies within regulatory guidelines and corporate quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or health care is preferred.
• Experience in clinical trials with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in line with policies and regulations, including performance assessment.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new employees and managers.
• Provide training oversight, SOP reviews and training experiences.
• Allocate resources to clinical research projects based on staff experience.
• Monitor quality of staff work and address risks with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client needs.
