Volunteers of America Northern Rockies seeks a Director of Medical Billing to provide strategic and operational oversight of billing and credentialing across the organization. You will drive timely claims submission, accurate payment posting, denial resolution, and AR performance while ensuring compliance with payer contracts and privacy standards.

You will recruit and develop the billing team, collaborate with clinical and finance leaders, and implement process improvements to reduce denials

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare billing oversight.
• Experience leading billing/credentialing teams and ensuring compliance.
• Familiarity with payer enrollment, audits, and reporting requirements.
