Responsibilities

• Set goals, KPIs, policies and performance improvement for Revenue Cycle.
• Lead staff development, succession planning and performance reviews.
• Oversee billing, coding, denials, and collections processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational growth.
• Monitor vendor performance and contracts related to revenue cycle.
• Ensure timely enrollment and credentialing of providers and locations.
• Oversee EHR/EDR optimization to support accurate billing.
