Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a Director of Medical Billing to provide strategic and operational oversight of the organization’s billing and credentialing functions. The role focuses on timely claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR performance.

You will establish performance indicators, drive process improvements, ensure payer enrollment compliance, and collaborate with finance and IT to optimize revenue cycle workflows.

Competenze

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a related field is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred for leadership of billing staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
