Job summary

Iyuno is seeking a senior leader for the Rally platform to own strategy, roadmap, and the development team. You will own client API integrations with major studios and manage the commercial relationship with SDVI, while steering the systems roadmap for media orchestration and scalable automation.

The role emphasizes leadership and architectural influence, with a track record of delivering production systems and driving adoption across real client volumes.

Qualifications

• Experience in media orchestration or related workflows such as post production or broadcast engineering.
• Led a development team and is measured on what the team ships, not personal output.
• Able to identify and advocate what should be built before being asked, and drive it to production.
• Proven track record delivering production-grade solutions that stay live and adopted by users.
• Able to gather operator input to inform design and anticipate dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap, defend plan with business-relevant reasoning.
• Manage the development team, including hiring, structure, prioritization, and delivery discipline.
• Own client API integrations with major partners (e.g., Netflix, Amazon, Paramount, Warner Bros. Discovery).
• Own commercial relationship with SDVI, including consumption and cost alignment.
• Contribute to the systems roadmap and own components touching media orchestration.
• Deliver automation into production with production-grade workflows, retries, and audit trails.
