The role requires a track record of directing large production teams, optimizing workflows, and balancing creative and operational objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in podcasting, digital content, media, production, or related industries.
• Proven experience leading large-scale production teams and managing members of the production leadership team.
• Deep understanding of content production workflows across audio, video, social, and digital media.
• Experience overseeing studios, production infrastructure, and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall production strategy and execution across Dear Media's content portfolio.
• Establish and maintain production standards, workflows, and best practices across all content formats and platforms.
• Build scalable systems and processes that improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
• Oversee production operations through post-production, distribution, publishing, and delivery of our shows.
