Children’s Hospital of Orange County seeks a Director of Maternal Fetal Services and Special Delivery to lead administrative strategy for the unit. You will partner with physician leaders to establish standards, systems, and processes that support family-centered care and organizational goals.

The Director of Maternal Fetal Services and the Special Delivery Unit will be responsible for administrative management and strategy for the Maternal Fetal and Special Delivery unit at CHOC. Partners closely with the physician leader and other CHOC specialists to establish and maintain standards, systems and processes that are effective to ensure excellence of assigned areas within a family centered care model which supports the mission, goals, and objectives of CHOC. Is responsible for the oversight of divisional operations, including annual operating and capital budgets and will participate in the analysis of financial, operational, system and program development in support of the organization’s strategic goals. Is responsible for maintaining 24-hour accountability for their departments.
Minimum $162,635 Midpoint $215,509 Maximum $268,362 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
