Partners closely with the physician leader and other CHOC specialists to establish and maintain standards, systems and processes that are effective to ensure excellence of assigned areas within a family centered care model which supports the mission, goals, and objectives of CHOC. Is responsible for the oversight of divisional operations, including annual operating and capital budgets and will participate in the analysis of financial, operational, system and program development in support of the organization’s strategic goals. Is responsible for maintaining 24-hour accountability for their departments.**Pay Range**Minimum $162,635 Midpoint $215,509 Maximum $268,362*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Minimum four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty.
