Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising or a related area.
• Option 2: 7 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising or a related area.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution track record across cross-functional initiatives.

The Walmart Marketplace Seller Risk team plays a critical role in safeguarding the platform by proactively managing risks associated with sellers. This team prevents unauthorized actors from entering the ecosystem and continuously monitors seller activities to uphold a secure and high-quality marketplace. Collaborating across functions, the team drives strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence and protect customer and brand trust. Members leverage data insights, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements to support sustainable growth and maintain Walmart Marketplace's reputation as a trusted e-commerce destination.
