About the team: The Global Technology CCC team partners with Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and Engineering experts to maintain and advance Walmart’s critical infrastructure and cloud platforms. The team ensures high availability and reliability of complex distributed systems through proactive incident management and technical leadership. Members leverage skills in platform engineering, software design, and cloud-native architecture to deliver scalable, resilient solutions. Focused on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement, the team fosters innovation and operational excellence to uphold Walmart’s technology standards and provide seamless service to customers worldwide.

What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices to ensure modular, maintainable software.
• Experience with multiple programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, automated testing, and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Experience in debugging, quality assurance, and incident management within complex software systems.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
