Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area.
• 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• PM certification or MBA with strategy focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and end-to-end delivery of company-wide, multi-year technical initiatives.
• Partner with Senior Engineers and Senior Architects to shape technical strategy and delivery timelines.
• Own highly ambiguous initiatives from 0 to 1 with no precedent; drive execution.
• Identify and dismantle organizational silos and friction points to optimize workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board members.
• Serve as the champion for TPM discipline and mentoring across teams.

The Marketplace TPM team partners with Business, Product, and Engineering leaders to advance Walmart’s key strategic initiatives focused on enhancing Marketplace Trust. Positioned at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and business execution, the team leads complex programs across multiple organizations. Their efforts enable global Marketplace scaling by driving cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and delivering scalable technical solutions.
