First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a Marketing Operations Leader to evolve an integrated, technology-enabled function. You will oversee Martech platforms, CRM, and production teams, ensuring compliant and high-impact campaigns.

You will partner with Acquisition, Product Strategy, and Digital teams to optimize customer journeys across channels and manage vendor relationships. The role requires 8+ years in corporate/agency marketing, strong data and analytics capabilities, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in a corporate, consulting, or agency marketing environment.
• Deep experience with marketing technology, CRM, data integrations, and multichannel campaigns.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
• Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations (UDAAP, CAN-SPAM).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Marketing Operations, Martech platforms, and production teams.
• Ensure compliant, effective, and efficient marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Acquisition, Product Strategy, and Digital teams to support campaigns.
• Manage 3–5 direct reports and vendor relationships.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for marketing performance.
