Job summary

Humana is seeking a Director of Data Science to transform large data sets into advanced analytic solutions and drive strategic programs across the organization. You will lead teams, develop predictive models, and communicate results to executives to shape enterprise analytics.

This role may require up to 10% travel and occasional nights or weekends to meet business needs. Location flexibility supports remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field and 6+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience turning large structured and unstructured data into insights.
• Experience developing and validating forecasting models.
• Strong communication with executives and business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
