Qualifications

• 8+ years data science experience with production ML models.
• 5+ years management including talent development.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MLOps: versioning, experiments, monitoring.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
