Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation in Austin is seeking a Director, Marketing AI COE & Process to own the strategy and roadmap for Marketing AI, including building a GenAI COE for Marketing and driving adoption at scale.

You will lead process governance, data-driven measurement, and executive-level storytelling, partnering across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Risk to deliver measurable gains in speed, quality, and marketer experience.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in marketing technology, marketing operations, or process/program leadership in a large, matrixed org with measurable outcomes.
• Experience putting AI/GenAI into production use — identifying high-value use cases and moving pilots to scaled adoption.
• Ability to build AI fluency across a broad audience through enablement, training, and clear standards for responsible use.
• Hands-on experience in marketing execution — campaign development, creative/content production, review/approval, delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Marketing AI, incl. GenAI COE for Marketing.
• Build and manage the AI use case pipeline with value sizing and measurement.
• Drive AI fluency and adoption at scale through enablement, office hours, and community-building.
• Lead process governance, standards, and controls to improve transparency and reduce risk.
• Partner across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Risk to simplify workflows and improve speed and quality.
