Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Director, Market Access Strategy to lead strategic oversight of key accounts within the managed markets space. The role covers market access, patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through strategies.

You will collaborate with client management, brand, medical, and creative teams to deliver high-impact guidance and measurable outcomes. You will bring 5+ years of managed markets experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of payers, IDNs, and health systems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; Advanced degree preferred (MBA, RPH, PharmD).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant managed markets strategy and management experience.
• Experience in communications for health-related brands and categories (pharmaceuticals, health systems, insurers).
• Knowledge of managed markets space, payers (commercial and government), IDNs, health systems, specialty and GPOs.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy for key accounts within Spherico.
• Partner with clients to identify market access opportunities and strategic vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic guidance and thought leadership.
• Develop industry-leading best practices and knowledge to ensure client success.
