Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Senior VP, Marketing Integration Lead to fuse Strategy, Creative, Media and Analytics into a unified client experience. This remote US role drives cross-functional alignment, assigns accountability, and guides multi-disciplinary teams from brand planning through activation across HCP and DTC initiatives.

You will elevate client relationships, own executive-level communications, and ensure a cohesive roadmap that translates strategy into measurable, connected performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in health, pharmaceutical, or medical communications.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Strategy, Creative, Media, and Analytics.
• Proven success in a client-facing leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring integration.
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to San Francisco at least once per month.
• Strong DTC experience required.
• Exposure to media planning, CX architecture, and omnichannel execution.
• Experience architecting content ecosystems and editorial calendars.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into tactical execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Fostering impactful client relationships aimed at brokering integrated communication between them
• Leading monthly in-person client meetings in San Francisco (minimum 1x per month)
