Job summary

You will lead HTA submissions, negotiate pricing, and tailor global access tools for regional stakeholders, collaborating with medical affairs and local teams to advance payer engagement and evidence generation.

Qualifications

• Ten years pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• Experience with European rare disease pricing, reimbursement, launches, and approvals.
• Knowledge of NICE, ZIN, TLV, QALY frameworks.
• English fluency; additional European languages advantageous.
• Strong communication and matrix leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead rare disease access strategies aligned with global objectives and country needs.
• Differentiate approaches across cost-effectiveness and list-price or free-pricing markets.
• Monitor European policies, payer trends, and reimbursement frameworks.
• Adapt global access tools and value propositions for regional stakeholders.
• Manage HTA dossiers, pricing negotiations, and reimbursement submissions.
• Partner with medical affairs and access teams on evidence and HEOR plans.
• Engage payers, policymakers, advocacy groups, and public affairs to advance access.
• Build collaboration through advisory boards, market research, and landscape assessments.
