Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of US Pricing, Contracting, and Channel Strategy.

You will shape how Regeneron’s medicines reach patients in the U.S., leading channel strategies for launches and in-line brands across multiple therapeutic areas. The role includes pricing and contracting for rare disease and gene therapy portfolios, with emphasis on sustainable access, payer research, and outcomes-based approaches.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred.

Develop and lead channel strategies for pipeline assets and launch products, including distribution model selection.
Evaluate and optimize channel performance for in-line brands to improve patient access and speed to therapy.
Partner with Trade Account Directors to shape distribution and service agreements with wholesalers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
Lead U.S. launch and in-line pricing strategy for rare disease and gene therapy assets, including price governance.
Develop contracting strategies with commercial payers, PBMs, and providers to secure and sustain patient access.
Model contract performance and gross-to-net impact, and monitor results after execution.
