Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Director of Maintenance & Supply Chain Purchasing to lead maintenance programs, procurement governance, and vendor partnerships across three distribution centers and corporate facilities. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, procurement, supply chain, distribution, industrial operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading managers.
• Proven experience managing vendor contracts, purchasing programs, budgets, and multi-site operations.
• Strong financial discipline, negotiation skills, safety mindset, and ability to drive standardization across complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance strategies and facility readiness across three distribution centers and corporate facilities.
• Oversee purchasing activities, governance, supplier selection, and cost-control initiatives.
• Own the vendor contract lifecycle, including bids, pricing reviews, SLA, renewals, and compliance.
• Partner with DC operations to prioritize maintenance, safety, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure OSHA readiness and safety standards across the DC network.
• Develop annual budgets and forecast maintenance and procurement spending with ROI analysis.
• Standardize policies and supplier scorecards across the network.
• Build and lead high-performing teams with accountability and coaching.
• Develop CapEx plans with financial modeling to support investments.
