Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities to lead maintenance and facility programs across a regional distribution network. You will ensure reliability, capacity, and performance of infrastructure and automation, while aligning with safety and financial goals.

The role manages a team of managers and supervisors, partners with Operations, Finance, and Procurement, and drives capital projects, preventive and predictive maintenance, and CMMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or facilities management.
• Master's degree or professional certifications (CMRP, PMP, PE, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-site maintenance or facilities operations in a logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or automated warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Drive maintenance excellence, asset lifecycle management, and safety performance.
• Oversee budgeting, capital projects, contractor management, and CMMS compliance.
• Foster leadership development and succession planning.
