Job summary

Arcmed is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain across multiple U.S. facilities. The role combines strategic design with hands-on execution in planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.

You'll translate business strategy into scalable supply-chain capabilities, drive KPI-led performance, and partner with senior leadership to optimize cost, service, and working capital while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, or related field.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply‑chain strategy aligned to business growth and customer commitments.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams and influence at senior leadership level.
• Translate objectives into measurable supply‑chain goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Drive end‑to‑end planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
