Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Associate to perform routine custodial and maintenance tasks within the Distribution Center. You will address electrical/plumbing minor repairs and support a preventive maintenance program in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing grounds keeping, cleaning both interior and exterior areas, painting and refinishing, operating forklifts and other equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment for associates.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: High school diploma.
• 2–5 years in a Warehouse Distribution Center maintenance role.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
• Oversee daily grounds keeping and clean/inspect areas.
• Assist with maintenance, repair, and construction tasks in the DC.
• Keep warehouse and shelving clean and orderly.
