Job summary

Aperture LLC seeks a Director of M&A Integration to own the onboarding for each firm joining Aperture, from LOI through the first 180 days and beyond. You will lead cross-functional teams, design the onboarding playbook, and report milestones to leadership and sponsors.

This hands-on role requires strong deal execution, excellent communication with founders, and regular collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in M&A integration, corporate development, or operations at an acquisitive company
• Led integration of five or more acquired companies from diligence through stabilization
• Experience with private equity-backed platform and sponsor reporting

Responsibilities

• Join deals from LOI, participate in diligence, and convert findings into onboarding plans
• Own the Day 1–Day 180 onboarding for each acquired firm and track milestones
• Lead weekly onboarding calls and coordinate with FP&A on revenue/profitability against the investment case
• Design and run the onboarding playbook, tools, and trackers for live deals
• Serve as primary contact for founders and leadership of acquired firms through first 180 days and beyond
