Procore is seeking a Director, M&A Integration to own the execution of the integration program within Corporate Strategy, partnering with Corporate Development during diligence and driving post-acquisition transitions. You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Go-To-Market, Finance, People, Legal, and IT to align workstreams, manage milestones, and report progress to executives.

This role offers remote or Austin-based work with regular travel.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in M&A integration or enterprise transformation.
• 2-3 years of experience in top-tier consulting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs within global matrixed environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience designing and running executive steering committees and governance forums.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading team members over time.
• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows in diligence and integration.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments with structure, clarity, and action bias.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Corporate Development during diligence to assess operational feasibility and Day 1 risks.
• Translate strategy into executable integration programs with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional leads across Product, Go-To-Market, Finance, People, Legal, and IT to maintain momentum.
• Run the operating cadence and steering committees to keep program execution on track.
• Provide visibility to executive leadership on integration progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and resolve dependencies without direct authority.
• Build, hire, and mentor an integration team as acquisition volume increases.
• Leverage AI workflows to optimize diligence and integration processes.
