Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Director of FP&A for M&A to own financial modeling, due diligence, and post-close tracking across a growing acquisition portfolio. This role is embedded in FP&A and partners with Corporate Development, Accounting, Product, and GTM to ensure accurate deal assessment and value realization.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end financial diligence, integrate acquired entities, and build scalable FP&A processes that support both deal activity and ongoing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, investment banking, or corporate development experience in enterprise software.
• 5+ years directly supporting M&A financial modeling and diligence.
• Experience tracking post-merger financial performance and synergy realization.
• Industry experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or aviation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A financial modeling and deal evaluation.
• Own financial due diligence across target companies including quality of earnings and working capital.
• Drive post-merger financial tracking and synergy realization with reporting to executives and the Board.
• Build scalable FP&A templates, KPIs, and dashboards for deal evaluation and integration tracking.
• Support core FP&A planning, budgeting, and forecasting beyond M&A.
