Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Director of FP&A – M&A to own financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger tracking. This high-visibility role partners with Corporate Development and executive leadership to shape deal value and long-term performance.

You'll support annual planning, forecasting, and integration tracking while leading deal-specific analyses; travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or transaction advisory experience.
• 5+ years directly supporting M&A financial modeling and diligence in enterprise software.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and variance analysis fundamentals.
• Experience presenting to executives and the Board is essential.
• Experience with PE-backed or acquisitive firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A financial modeling, deal evaluation, and synergy sizing.
• Own financial due diligence and post-close tracking of integration benefits.
• Drive planning, budgeting, and variance analysis in FP&A across deals and core business.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Accounting, Legal, and leaders across functions.
• Present findings and recommendations to the CFO, exec team, and Board.
