Qualifications

• Proven staff leadership and vendor/contract negotiation experience.
• Strong financial acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large projects and multisite operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and performance-manage on-site Property Managers, housekeepers, maintenance staff, and drivers across all residences.
• Conduct or delegate daily property inspections and ensure immediate resolution of issues.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all property matters with Principals and CFO.
• Plan and manage capital projects from concept to completion with updates to CFO/Principals.
