Lily Pond Services LLC is seeking an accomplished Head Housekeeper for a private luxury residence in Palm Beach. The role requires museum-quality cleaning, care of fine interiors, and leadership of a housekeeping team in a discreet, formal home.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable around children and a small dog, with strong communication and staff training skills. Moderate weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury private residences or formal estates (preferred).
• Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Head Housekeeper, or Housekeeping Supervisor, with leadership and staff training experience.
• Excellent laundry, ironing, steaming, and fine garment-care skills.
• Strong hands-on skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable assisting with occasional light meal preparation.
• Kid-friendly and patient with children.
• Comfortable working in a home with a small dog.
• Highly organized and proactive with household systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• Fluent in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team with accountability.
• Develop and maintain detailed cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the residence.
