Job summary

Lily Pond Services LLC in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage the private estate with discretion and meticulous care. You will report to the Estate Manager and collaborate with a small team to maintain a museum-quality residence.

Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, laundry and garment care, inventory organization, furniture maintenance, and assisting with floral arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years related work experience in a private residence.
• Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent references from current and previous employers.
• Professional, polished, and poised at all times.
• Hands-on with good attitude and high energy.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with overtime and weekend availability.
• Valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning of residence, working alongside other household staff.
• Laundry and ironing of clothing and linens; care for fine garments, travel packing/unpacking.
• General housekeeping and deep cleaning; vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, garbage disposal.
• Maintain household guest readiness.
• Maintain inventory organization (closets, pantries, cabinets).
• Hands-on care for furniture; polishing fine surfaces, silver care & maintenance.
• Assist with flower arrangements.
• Provide excellent service to principals and guests.
