Job summary
Year Up United seeks a Director, Corporate Engagement – Large Local Account Sales to lead market-based local partnerships and drive internship placements across designated geographies. You will maintain executive relationships, present to C-suite staff, and expand accounts while coordinating with Grads of Life and YUPRO offerings.
You’ll coach students, participate in staff meetings, and work on-site with minimum two days per week in our growth-driven nonprofit environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years orchestrating executive relationships across major accounts and regional sales teams.
- 10+ years in consultative sales with strong business acumen and adaptive selling style.
- Track record of sales or account management success and growth.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong pipeline management and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead local sales for specific geography and achieve KPIs.
- Present to boards, C-level staff, and decision-makers to win internships.
- Renewals, expansions, cross-sells, and handoff to post-sale teams.
- Maintain Salesforce records of all activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Revenue Ops to optimize processes and analytics.
- Coach and mentor students and participate in weekly group sessions.
