Job summary

Year Up United seeks a Director of Corporate Engagement – Business Development to drive new business with enterprise accounts, build a robust sales pipeline, and close multi-million deals. You will engage executives, develop partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outcomes that connect graduates with high-quality internships.

The role requires a strong track record in sales strategy and relationship management, with a hybrid work model and regular on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of professional experience in business development and/or consultative sales to enterprise-level accounts.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close new business, and manage annual sales targets of $5M+.
Strong networking skills with ability to engage executives at all levels.
Ability to manage complex sales processes and pipelines.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline of target prospect accounts spanning Local to national employers.
Meet or exceed performance indicators including executive meetings, internships, and revenue from new partners.
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to showcase Year Up United’s model.
Engage C-level executives and decision-makers to build credibility and close new business.
