Job summary

Year Up United is seeking a Director, Corporate Engagement - Business Development to build brand new relationships with Employers of Influence partners and secure high-quality internships for Year Up United students. You will engage with C-suite executives, manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, and drive revenue growth across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management and/or enterprise sales.
• Consultative sales approach experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals and manage $5M+ annual targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of target EO I accounts and drive external activity and top-down sales.
• Review pipeline monthly and adjust target accounts.
• Meet or exceed KPIs: meetings with executives, internships and revenue from new partners.
• Attend networking events to acquire new leads for self or colleagues.
• Create proposals for solving corporate talent needs with Employers of Influence partners.
