Job summary

With a background in life sciences consulting, you will mentor staff, manage budgets, and set strategic direction for multiple therapeutic areas while building strong client relationships in the US market.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences and MBA or equivalent business training.
• 10+ years in consulting or healthcare industry with leadership experience.
• Strong quantitative analysis and complex commercial analysis experience.
• Proven project-management and staff development skills.
• Track record in client development and revenue growth.
• Successful team leadership and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions at the management level, oversee proposals and project delivery.
• Grow business via lead/revenue generation and expanding team capabilities.
• Source new accounts and manage key client relationships for revenue goals.
• Meet revenue targets individually and as part of project teams.
• Mentor staff, develop future leaders, and guide professional growth.
• Set strategic direction for projects and manage budgets and pricing.
• Position the firm as an external thought-leader with clients.
