Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Director of Business Development - Life Sciences to build and close enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies within an assigned territory.

The role is an end-to-end seller responsible for prospecting, discovery, scoping, pricing, negotiating, and partnering with internal teams to ensure delivery and long-term client success. This is a founding, hands-on leadership role within Arcadia’s Life Sciences sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies.
• Proven track record in data-, analytics-, or evidence-driven solutions.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close enterprise Life Sciences opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Lead discovery conversations across R&D, HEOR, medical and market access stakeholders.
• Translate client needs into scoped, value-based data/analytics solutions.
• Negotiate enterprise data licensing agreements and MSAs with CROs or partners.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate forecasts.
