ConnectiveRx seeks a Director of Advanced Analytics to lead data-driven strategy, overseeing cross‑functional teams to deliver insights and measurable value for pharmaceutical and Life Science clients.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics, mentoring a team of data professionals and driving large-scale analytics initiatives that enable operational efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive analytics leadership experience (marketing analytics preferred).
• Experience in healthcare/Life Sciences analytics and consulting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data innovation strategy and enterprise analytics initiatives.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and automation.
• Guide client-facing measurement solutions and ROI narratives for Life Science Marketing programs.
• Mentor analytics staff and foster cross-functional collaboration across Marketing Analytics, Product, and BD.
