Job summary
The National Council for Mental Wellbeing is seeking a Director, Learning Technology to expand and improve learning offerings by translating learner needs into technology solutions. You will lead the ongoing development of a custom learning platform and collaborate with product, program and learning colleagues to shape capabilities.
From day one, you will map platform usage, articulate requirements, and guide developers and vendors from design through testing and release.
Qualifications
- Significant experience owning or evolving learning technology products and platforms.
- Experience translating user/business needs into platform requirements and delivery priorities.
- Strong technical fluency to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and releases.
- Leadership experience coaching teams and managing roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform strategy, architecture and technical roadmap for the learning delivery ecosystem.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Guide design choices with developers, vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain documentation and lead releases with operational readiness.
- Collaborate across product, program, curriculum and operations to shape roadmap.
