Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Director to lead the Pathways leadership program across five levels, design curriculums, and partner with senior leaders to drive organizational development. This on-site role in Wake County offers telework one day per week after the initial period.

The position supervises a team of professionals, manages learning operations, and uses data to measure impact and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Public-sector supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the five-level Pathways leadership development program and ensure curriculum currency.
• Oversee Learning Operations and manage the learning management system and calendar.
• Partner with executive leadership to embed Pathways across the department.
