IMDiversity is seeking a Director of Learning Commons to oversee tutoring services, manage operations, and contribute to student success at Utica College. The successful candidate will coordinate with faculty and academic departments, supervise tutors, and provide assessment data to improve services. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, alongside experience in teaching writing or mathematics, is required. This position offers an opportunity to teach undergraduate courses based on departmental needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in teaching or training students in writing and/or mathematics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Learning Commons.
• Manage and supervise tutors for the Learning Commons.
• Provide assessment data for tutoring services.

Conhecimentos

Good oral and written communication skills

Organized management of student workers

Formação académica

Master’s or doctoral degree in writing, mathematics, or education
