Qualifikationen

• Doctorate degree in education preferred, master’s considered if pursuing a doctorate.
• At least 3 years of work experience in an academic setting with teaching or academic support.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify students experiencing academic difficulty and provide intervention resources.
• Manage and monitor the CIFSS student intervention database and track progress.
• Develop and coordinate student success workshops and advising programs.
• Maintain regular communication with faculty, advisors, and staff regarding student progress.
• Advise on board preparation resources and coordinate faculty reviews of exams.
