Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Experience working with college students, especially under-represented populations.
• Experience with event planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Student Success Center.
• Coordinate the tutoring program and support student success initiatives.
• Monitor student academic progress and intervene when necessary.
